Introducing Our Premium Support Package (PSP)

As you probably know by now, our tech support is already outstanding. We handle over 500 calls per week and have a customer satisfaction rate of over 94%. It takes a lot of highly-qualified people to achieve those numbers, so we employ one of the industry’s largest tech support staffs. But being the best doesn’t mean we can rest. We want to refine our focus to provide our expert services when they’re needed most.

We’re pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2009, every printer, laser engraver, laminator, and qualifying vinyl cutter* will come with a 90 day Premium Support Package (PSP) free of charge. Associated software for plotting, printing or laser engraving is also covered. This Premium Support Package includes priority access to our tech support staff by telephone, live chat, voice and email, as well as full access to the online knowledge base and, of course, email support. PSP customers will have priority in the queue so that their calls will be the first to be answered live, and they will have even faster turnaround on email and voice messages than before. This will enable us to get the fastest assistance to those who are grappling with new equipment issues.

And we’ve also decided to provide access to PSP-level service to customers who didn’t even buy sign making equipment from us. As the economy changes priorities and possibilities, more people are buying their equipment secondhand. Since they’re so well built, a lot of PrismJET printers and Pinnacle laser engravers are being purchased as pre-owned equipment. Until now, buyers of used printers and laser engravers did not have access to SignWarehouse tech support. Now these frugal fellows can plug into the industry’s biggest and best tech support staff by purchasing a Premium Support Package.
