This is one of those times. This is why we’re excited to introduce SW Customer Care.

What is SW Customer Care?

SW Customer Care is a revised approach to technical support. Our valued customers continually tell us our technicians excel at solving their equipment and software problems. But sometimes they also tell us they’d like those solutions to come a little more quickly or more efficiently. We listened, rolled up our sleeves, asked questions, and challenged ourselves to do better. The result is a new approach to delivering solutions that produces faster response times and gives you the opportunity to choose how you interact with our helpful support staff.

We’ve created different support plans so you can select the level of service and the kind of interaction that suits you best. We’re offering SW Customer Care service and support plans in four levels ranging from Basic to Gold. And because most of you need help most during and after setup, we offer 90 days of complimentary Gold Support for qualifying equipment and software purchases.

But I did mention choices. Once you complete your complimentary Gold Support trial period, you can choose from an array of SW Customer Care plans that provide a full year of services including unlimited access to our excellent Technical Support blog, and direct support by email, live chat, phone and remote desktop assistance. Extended warranties are also available for qualifying products.
