You can read any good newspaper or business magazine to get action ideas on any of these three points. Get everybody around a table, your latest P&L statement, and start brainstorming. Designate someone to keep the minutes and a list of “action items” for follow up.
Many have a weekly or bi-weekly meeting to track progress and update the list. Although this sounds simplistic, it can help… by breaking a seemingly insurmountable task into smaller pieces.
